Feeling a bit bittersweet. Hubby is back on a five day week and I miss going away on three day weekend trips however this does make it easier to keep on my diet and makes my pup happy. I have no idea what we will do when he retires. He has only one habit and that is eating and he is skinny - so he can eat and eat LOL. It has been a good week as far as working out I managed to exercise five times this week and ate mostly clean when home- threw in a few cracker but they where high fiber ones. Made good food choices when eating out ( I hope ) Any way feeling okay and ready to start the new week. Happy to report that Shoes ( the pup) has also lost soome weight. Vet put her on a diet as well . LOL
