I was going along fine this week and then yesterday decided I had to polish off a bag of left-over Valentine's Day candy, plus lunch at Wendy's and a half sub for dinner. Well that's done with now. Got to change that "How closely followed?" from "Poorly" to at least "Reasonable Well". I just need to give myself a stern talking to - I AM in control after all.
