In preparation for the 15# Weight Loss Dance challenge, I've set an alarm on my phone for 6pm, titled: "Have you danced yet?". :-) The challenge doesn't start until tomorrow, but the alarm went off last evening. It went off in the middle of doing dishes...my response, "Oh boy, I better get use to this". Dowloading the Pandora app today on my phone.

Took my son to an allergy appointment today. They have a bakery at a clinic/hospital and I splurged on a Long John pastry. :-( I'm forgiving myself and eating well the rest of the day and taking a walk.

Also decided to take a break from daily weigh-ins. If I weigh in today, I know I'll be up, so I'll weigh in on a day I know I have a chance and have had a good day before the weigh-in.

Yes Honey Forgive Yourself for the Long John Pastry! You're going to Dance it off! I liked sound of this challenge and working alone for 12 hours I should be able to Dance my Face off without anyone seeing me...Please God! Listen, you don't have to weigh every day. I weigh once a week. Well that may be a bit of a fib. Sometimes I'll go on once during the week. Maybe you're on a program that you have to weigh daily?? I always weigh when I get up from my nights sleep so it's consistent for me. Here we go!
