Really starting to feel the difference of reducing my weight and regular exercise. Clothes have gone from being tight to really need to think about buying some new pants in a smaller size. Flexibility has improved, I can bend over without being uncomfortable. Next milestone of losing 50 lbs may occur around Thanksgiving.
