Well, the pounds are still SLOWLY coming off. Even with all the life that is happening around me. Personal trainer is going great. I absolutely LOVE her and the workouts. I keep having to convince myself that this weight didn't just jump on this small frame overnight and it is going to take time for it to go away. Either way, I will take the 1lb of weight and try to keep positive. Muscle weighs more than fat and I can see the changes in the mirror. One more pound towards the goal.

Muscle weighs the same as fat...however muscle is compact and dense so I bet you are losing inches! Great work.

Slow is good. A few years ago I was on a medication that suppressed my appetite and made me drop ten pounds a month and by the time I decided to quit the medication because of how it was affecting my heart rate, I had lost 30 pounds. Although I did my best to keep eating well, I gained it all back and then some.
