Day 2: Ate a lot of sprouts (green gram) --- 150g... Appetite is super low had to force a cup of chicken soup so that my calories don't go too low... Just 45 mins of slow walking... Not bad... Waiting for my weighing scale to arrive... My old one stopped working... All in all, I did good today
