Love a really good omelette, thick, gooey cheese, and full of vegetables & ham. That one looks like it is cooked perfectly. But, I do have to constrain myself and generally have 2 eggs & toast with Laughing Cow 3 times a week.

Thanks. I use 4 eggs and some cheddar cheese, in his case 57 g.
