I feel better, look better, but I feel like this is too much weight loss in such a short time Not sure if losing weight this rapidly is healthy. Can't imagine I was carrying around that much extra water, but I guess that is possible. I am not starving myself. I imagine I'll hit a plateau/slow down sooner or later.

It actually is quite common for people to carry around upwards of 8 lbs of water weight at any given time. And yes, it will slow and level off, the body will pause and re-calibrate... just keep doing what you're doing... and keep up the good work!!!

I'm pretty sure the weight loss will slow down once you get closer to your goal. Perhaps your body is just as happy as you are to shed the extra pounds and wants to give it up lol. While it's working, soldier on and take care of business! =)
