My 24hr water fast went well. Broke it with some Swiss cheese and lentils. I have to remember to get the cheese from the deli and shred myself though. Didn't make 80oz of water though but I'm good with 72! Tomorrow workout class then Thursday weigh in!! Nighters Fs "family".
