Oh my life can take so many turns. Got lazy for a year, not lazy with my physical activity but with my eating habits. I figured if I still worked out I did not have to worry about what I ate. Well 32 to pounds latter that is not true. Things could be so much worst, so many people have a lot worst things happening to them in their daily life. I am getting back on the horse I am not going to relax anymore, it is full steam ahead. I would also like to give a shout out to my girlfriend, without her love and support I know life would be so much more difficult to face. Thank you babe.

i felt that way too last year, I had lost 20 something lbs but... stopped working out for two months and put nine lbs on before i said NO!! I am not going back, now I am tracking again and feeling great. I also believe I will keep the loss off this time. Good for your gf! Happy tracking :)
