Maybe I'm just lucky. I had some junk food on Friday and Sunday but still managed to lose some weight.I did however get some running in on Sunday. I never thought that running (I call it slogging= slow jogging)could be this hard, after all I have played soccer most of my teenage and adult life and was always running. MUST BE GETTING OLD.

Its always awesome to indulge in a bit of junkfood and still lose weight :) Well done!
