been kinda busy today.have to give myself a 1/2 hr. to workout.not having any problem staying away from bad food.there is pizza and cheese cake(used to be my faves)i cannot believe i am not even tempted.my problem seems to be talking myself into the workout.going to do it rite now!

Hey Rocky, do you like mushrooms? I ask because I love pizza too! I like to make pizza on a portobella mushroom. I use tomato sauce, lots of veggies, deli meat, and skim shredded cheese. Let me know if you'd like a recipe I'll find mine for you. Good Luck with working out, I need to go for a walk tonight too, I didn't do it this morning. TTYL
