been stepping on the scale everyday but not recording it here. I haven't logged food in over a month now and still bouncing between 152.2 and 156 depending on the day. it has been absolutely freeing to not obsess the way I had been!! going to keep it rolling

DAZEY_iz_Well I tracked the good the bad and the ugly for 2.5 years sometimes the goal was different to gain weight but I was still weighing. Measuring and logging everything. Honestly didn't think I was capable of not doing that anymore but I've been doing just fine without it. I'm still mindfull of what I eat and if I want to overindulge for a special occasion I will make up for it the next day by attempting to keep my calories lower. Hopefully this will be good for the long haul. And yes I have no intention of. Bulking or cutting this year just going to live life keep working out and maintain a similar physique.

I am okino thanks 🙂 it wont work for everyone and there have been many highly successful people on here that have maintained all their losses by continuing to track and there's nothing wrong with that. For me personally I was just too obsessive about it and not in a good way.

Oh, I’ve accepted that I’ll probably be a lifetime tracker and I agree, nothing wrong with that. Being obsessed is a whole different beast and I’m glad you nipped it in the bud and found balance.😌
