The scale did good yesterday. Saturday I decided to grab a baconater and fries from Wendy's. It fit within my calories and thought why not. It wasn't as good as I remembered it being and actually felt a little (only a little) guilty for partaking. So around 9:30 that night I decided to hit the gym for my weekly "homework" which included a 20 minute run on the treadmill (huff puff). That felt great... eventually. Then I went home and played video games. :)
