The plan was to go to the Gym today, but I wasn't feeling it. I went anyway & once I was there & got on the treadmill like I always do everything started falling into place :-)

This is like the nights I don’t feel like taking a walk. Usually, I say I’m just gonna walk the dogs to the corner, but then I end up going two, three, or even four miles. it’s mostly about putting on the shoes and getting outside.
