Salad 🥗, yama-imo with dried salted seaweed, boiled black soybeans, hokke fish, figs and apple 🍎 for dinner
97.7 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 0.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
