Body fat 25.4. OK so aberation last week I am putting down to drinking wine.....I think it makes me retain fluids. Back on track. Maybe this morning was a bit skewed, I am really hungry.....but at least back on track on my regular weigh in day.
199.7 lb Lost so far: 9.7 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.7 lb a week
