Lost 14 pounds between August 1st and September 10, 2011. Started at 254.5 and now I'm at 240 and holding pretty steady. Started walk/jog routine today. Walked easy 15 min/moderate 15 min. It's mid-afternoon, and I have consumed 1360 cals so far today; we'll see how this evening goes. Set a goal for myself of 2500 a day.
