Did the carnivore for 30 days. Some weight loss, and then sudden weight gain the last week, though I was in a deficit the entire time as well. Outside of the initial weight loss, the only other benefit was that my skin was a little clearer. So now I’m going to continue to weigh and log my food but go back to just monitoring what I eat and trying to stay away from processed foods and sweets as much as possible.

Has anyone- specifically the women here- done any of those kits where they test your blood/hormones to find out the best foods for you and what may be causing issues? I can’t remember the name of it…did it help?

Psalm 13:5 - But I have trusted in your steadfast love; my heart shall rejoice in your salvation.

195.6 lb Lost so far: 4.3 lb.    Still to go: 50.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I did zoe. There was a blood test but no hormone. It focused more on blood sugars and fat response. I learned I process fat better than the average person and have added nuts and avocado into meals regularly. I always limited because of the calories but now I know those are better calories for me than other things. They also believe in less protein than I was eating. Tough mental shift, but I saw no reduction in muscle mass and it’s a lot easier to eat “normal” because I’m not trying to cram in protein on a reduced calorie budget.

Nice scriptures !!! Shake those pounds what is this blood test called? I would like my doctor to order this for me or can I buy over counter ? Thanks in advance

I reccomend to eat min 70 gm protein a day , walk min 8 k steps and try to reduce all fat . All nutrients focus on carbs and protein
