Ha, I figured out how it works for me: after day of prolonged activity ( anything counts - Fromm walking, exercising or just vigorously cleaning house) very next day my weight hikes for up to a kilo, though day after drops to lower figures than before! and it is like that even with calorific deficit on this day. how bizarre...
209.9 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 77.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
