Still feeling great! Going to start getting in more working out. Might join a gym next month as the weather turns cold. My husband is still going strong as well- he went of course over the weekend as it was his birthday and spent four days doing different things- but right back on the saddle on Monday!

We had football Sunday and unlike prior diets where I hated football Sunday because I couldn't eat anything the guys wanted- I got to make an amazing football spread! Buffalo wings, mozzarella cheese sticks (made with pork rinds and parm. cheese), deep fried mushrooms (again with parm. cheese breading) and bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers- YUM!
