I made it to 18 in a half hours and then stopped .... today's a day I'll be spending in bed again. Sorry I couldn't complete it like u did but wasn't counting on feeling this way today either. 🥺

Sorry to hear you’re not up to par Erin. Do not worry about the fast. Not all fasts need to be 24 hours to be beneficial. Some people only do 16/8 and still have great results.
