I am starting to really feel better--more fit. I didn't get to exercise with dvd today.There wasn't time this a.m. However I did manage to get in a 20 min. brisk walk with Shelby. Have been doing well on diet and water consumption. Did a bit of running during the walk with Shelby. I love my blessed life!!
