First off, I finally figured out I am having a mild bout with diverticulitis. Wasn't quite sure until last night... So, I am keeping my food on the bland and soft side to give my body some rest, then will amp up the fiber in a few days. Since it's a long weekend, I am stopping by the naturapath's office for some supplements in case I need them to heal this flare-up.
Secondly, I seriously have to stop thinking about resuming my exercise program and JUST DO IT!
