I just dont record every ounce one way or the other. If it goes up over a pound, or if I drop a pound, then I record the change. Else it just means no progress :( Which is the case :( Entirely my own doing tho

I find my weight fluctuates daily and it is almost always due to retention of fluids.

Mine does too. Im basically maintaining at this point. Just need to up the workout time each week. Havent been consistent
