I guess Im doing something right.

Ive been struggling for gym time this week, partially because Im fighting myself, and partially because I think I have a nasty case of shin splints and I really want to walk and run - and nothing else. I made it on Tuesday though. I did an upper body workout with weights and it felt pretty good, although my poor triceps had a rude awakening. Im debating about going tonight or giving it another day of rest and going tomorrow. I hate waiting. Im not good at taking steps back because Im always afraid that I wont step back up.
264.5 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 82.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.8 lb a week
