Hello to my FatSecret Community! Wow, yesterday was an eyeopener to the expert knowledge I have access to on this site. I am making great progress, that frankly, I haven't expected. So many of you could be professional dieticians. I feel I have a world of knowledge at my fingertips. Seriously, it is wonderful. I do have worries though, as tomorrow I leave for Las Vegas with $200 of food credit. Las Vegas just has so much wonderful food. I really need to show discipline beyond my capabilities to not lose everything I have accomplished. I plead my case to whatever advice you have to give. lol

Carnosine can be sourced through eating Beef, Fish, Chicken...However, the sooner you drop the excess weight, the less time you'll have to worry about T2D. 21 days is about all it takes to get glucose back under control....

Just be so busy winning money and ogling showgirls that you forget to eat. Just because you have the credit doesn't mean you have to use it. :)

Eat protein. It costs more than carbs, you'll use up your 200 faster. Stay focused.
