I'm so emotional today. Living is hard. I don't think I'm going to be successful this week. I'm going to try my best to drag myself out of this but this time around today going to the lake and just walking in and staying there looked very inviting. I'm glad my son slept late today. I was able to have a smile for him. I am only alive for him. I'm afraid that one day that won't be enough. If that day occurs I hope he's strong enough to survive. On a brighter note, the no tomato sauce was a hit. My son got to have a great vegan spaghetti experience. We used beyond meat brand ground to make no meat balls, violife vegan mozzerella and cheddar cheese and barilla angel hair whole wheat pasta. His dad loved it too. First photo is roasted veggies used to blend the sauce (red bell pepper, red onion, garlic, carrots, fresh basil, parsley and oregano, jalapenos, avocado oil spray. I laughed at myself so hard because I thought what did you think people and companies did to get sauce. LMAO!!! It smelled so good cooking. I now wonder why I never tried to make it in the past.
