Breakfast: fruit, cheese, and protein shake. I really like these plums its the first time I have found them they're a breed that mixes a cherry and plum together. Doubt Ill finish it all but will snack as I can until lunchtime.

You're welcome to eat and enjoy that which interests you dear 🤗. I eat well on my work days but I have a tendency to undereat accidentally on weekends when I'm off because I'm not as active. When I'm not as active I just don't feel very hungry and I have a tendency to get busy and move past my meals helping the kids or doing activities around the house. As a result if I don't drink the protein shakes during the week I find I'll lose weight and muscle mass accidentally as well. I have progressive MS and it's very difficult for me to gain muscle mass so I don't want to lose any muscle mass and I like to keep my weight stable within a couple pounds up or down when possible.
