Another fun day here on the island. Waded in the surf on the gulf side and walked in the sand in the dunes, good exercise. This evening we saw 2 dolphins in the bay. I did eat half of a tortilla with my chicken fajita this evening. The homemade tortillas are to die for. No resemblance to the store bought variety. Logged it as a whole one of a branded variety, hope that is close on carbs, didn't know how else to enter it. First refined carbs I've eaten in ages. Hope it doesn't get the cravings started again.
