Which change has been the most effective for you do you think 🤔? For me it was prepping my meals so I didn't eat at work or eat out after I got off of work on my way home 🏡. Which also reduced our families expenses as well which is nice 🙂.

good job 👏😊.. not to rant but I hella can't wait to be able to start my work out routine but in the situation it's hard to keep a routine but soon my situation will be changing and I'll be able to join the weight loss club with ya'll 🤗
