8 weeks ago today my husband broke his hip in a bad mountain biking accident . Today i joined him for his 1st bike ride since the accident . Both of us had a good ride and im pretty glad cos i can now keep up with him, his recovery is going well x

Thank u, he's very determined not to let this injury change his lifestyle, obviously thanks to the brilliant NHS consultant in Middlesbrough hospital that's done a fine job plating and screwing his hip in place , and his physio in Wakefield pinderfields hospital that's been giving him great physio sessions, oh and of course as u say to me that's been supporting him through the past weeks 😉😉
