So I told you about a new "weight loss diet", that I purchased, which was over a hundred bucks, called "The Cruise Control Diet", by James Ward. In looking at materials and video, I am very impressed with the scientific, cutting edge information it professes, and is based on. Very well organized, and I believe well worth the money. I definitely have all the resources now. I guess it is all up to me. I will post little facts it professes each day, and let you know how I do.

Warren's First Weight-loss Tip: Forget all soda diet or otherwise. It's all about sugar and insulin!

I have heard that. Imagine, for years I drank diet soda thinking that would help.

Will look forward to tips but I found that learning that munching on my favourite fruit or vegetables (and keeping count on Fatsecret) is far more satisfying than a bar of choc and keeps me feeling fuller longer....after a number of weeks. Your taste buds preferences actually do change given time
