Gm all. Boiling some eggs, I love to eat a boiled egg with Fage 0 and a cup of spinach topped off with cayenne pepper!! Going to keep with my "ab" workout
5 sets, 15 reps each of: Flutter kicks Straight leg raises Cross crosses elbow to knee Side rises (10 on each side) Hip thrusts Takes me about 20 mins.
