I haven't been tracking my food all that well. I've just been trying to watch my carb intake. I don't really "count" the carbs I take in daily, which is why I document on my weigh-ins as following the diet poorly. I don't know how many carbs I take in. I just know that it's less than what I was taking in before starting the diet. That's about it. My weight isn't changing much but I think I'm losing inches. My clothes are fitting differently. They are starting to fall off. I notice a difference when I look in the mirror and it feels great! I think that maybe I've gone from a tight 4 to a comfortable 2. I may not have to go all the way to my goal weight and that's wonderful!
