Last night I wanted some candy SO bad! I didn't have any in the house and I wasn't going to allow myself to go to the store and get some so I settled for an apple and was surprisingly satisfied. But now I want candy again. I think I'm just going to give in and have some because I know how I am and if I don't have some I will end up freaking out and eating nothing but candy for a week straight! I've been eating so good for weeks and I haven't indulged in anything so this piece of candy will be well deserved :-) Also, it is unrealistic to think I can live the rest of my life without a rare and occasional treat...
