Yesterday was my first diet day off. I am afraid to get on the scale. I was bad but not terribly so. I looked at all that food and remembered my 367lb self gorging on everything. I only took seconds on the lowfat/organic dip I made and instead of cake I had a cup of berries and two tbsps of pistachio pudding/dip. My down fall was beverages. 2 Budlight Lime, 1 Appletini and 3 cans of Dr Pepper. Oh and 1 bottle of water.....Okay, I've confessed. Now off to do penance......crunches and leg lifts....Thnx for being there folks.
