Tempura shrimp tacos. These ended up being amazing. Street taco kit from Costco, includes everything and super fresh. New fave.

Heating up the tortillas is key. I did the shrimp for six minutes in the air fryer so they were crispy.

I don't know why I didn't realize these were shrimp not fish tacos. I looked for them at Costco today. They didn't have either....shrimp or fish, but they did have Chicken Street Tacos so I bought those.
