Here’s my take on Leftovers…plan on them. I know that restaurant and takeout portions are too much to eat in one sitting, and I’m not going to throw it away, so I divide my plate so that what I save for another meal will look as good as possible. I also like to pack up my own leftovers so they don’t get all smushed together. It makes for more appetizing leftovers. Also sometimes I eat all the vegetables the first time around so that I can add fresh vegetables that won’t be overcooked to the second time around. Maybe it’s a bit fussy, but if you’ve ordered something healthy and tasty you want to enjoy it.
