It's been a month of running into town almost daily for hubby's cataract surgeries, follow up appointments and my doctor appointments. We rarely eat out, but it just was easier to eat in town and the scale shows it.
It's been unusually hot. It was 104 on Wednesday. Way too hot to do anything outside. On top of that, the air quality is poor. These truly are the dog days of summer.
My delphinimum doesn't seem to mind the heat.
