Weight loss is stalled. I think I am not eating enough but I'm not tracking and it's hard to tell. Been pretty dedicated to the gym. Working on Couch to 5k.

But my clothes are getting bigger and bigger. I just bought a whole bunch of size 00 stuff at Torrid and it all fits... but I don't know where to shop once they are too big.

My biggest problem at this point is my belly. A tummy tuck is on my radar, and I think insurance may pay at least some due to rashes. There's probably a good 10-15 pounds of loose skin. 😳

So the numbers aren't changing, but the body is. Still a win.

Yes, I noticed too just how the body continues changing even when weight loss slows down. In my one year of weight loss, there was six months of relatively rapid weight loss (45+lbs lost), followed by a six month period in which I mainly maintained (lost just five pounds). The body transformed a lot in that second period, perhaps even more than in the first. It’s almost as if its physical shape was finally catching up with the number on the scale. The skin was tightening, the body just seemed to continue shrinking even as the scale wasn’t moving much. This actually made me think there might be something to the view of not trying to lose, lose, lose continually all the way to the goal but giving the body a breather now and then.

Well silly you can shop anywhere once torrid is too big. Isn’t it fun trying on new smaller clothing? My favorite part of the journey was getting my figure back. I had a tummy tuck a year ago. I lost 90 pounds and that led to some loose skin as well. Do your research so you get the best possible outcome. Not all surgeons are created equal.

Body Composition > Mass any day of the week! It's really the more important of metrics anyway. Nice Work!
