Had that "one large meal" Sunday, and it shot me up 3-4 pounds from content and salt. We found a new Mexican restaurant, and the shrimp fajitas are fabulous. So, I am fighting the extra weight to get it off this week. I want to be back below 200 by the 1st of month.
