Am pretty much carnivore/hybrid-Ketonic. Hope it helps me pay attention. Coming off a wild winter of sickness/ injury. Double whammy in the family. Big C's - Both my husband (prostrate) and self (lung-cancer}. Additionally, in February, I fractured left wrist. Slipped running to catch train to hospital for Husband's Round of Radiation therapy. I slipped and fell -running for train!!! Needless to say, I broke the wrist in same place I broke it 34 years ago. The original pins put in to stabilized my wrist (back in 1994)broke through the skin. At least I was already headed to the hospital!!!! Goes to show, there is ALWAYS something to be grateful for.🙏🙏🙏 Strangely, I am not depressed or forlorn. Guess I just needed to slow down!!! 🤣🤣🤣 Lesson taken to heart. Thanks for being here. I love this place.
