Anyone ever try the cabbage soup diet? I kind of changed it to also include hard boiled eggs for breakfast, cut up cucumbers or celery and almonds for a snack. Eating the soup for lunch and dinner.
What do you guys think? So far it was not too hard, this is day 2 :)

Every once in a while someone will ask me what version of the bible is the best and my answer has come to be, the version you will actually read. I'm beginning to feel the same way about diet's. Everyone is different and what works for one person may not work for another. Plus, diets need to be lifestyles that you can follow and live with not something you do for a while and then go back to life as usual. So if cabbage soup sounds good to you, then go for it! That said, my wife enjoys cashew chicken (which is chicken, cabbage and cashews stir-fried in some soy sauce) at our favorite little Chinese place. If we could cook cabbage like that at home, I could see us using it in place of noodles or rice in our LCHF diet.

I tried the Belly fat burn soup plan that was on Womens world front page recently - stay away - extremely expensive for 3 days (50 bucks Canadian) -- you simmer vegetables and throw away - drink only soup and smoothies - the smoothies were awesome but the soup broth was very hard to get down 6 times a day. I will do the cabbage soup plan again no problem!!!
