A little over a month and a half ago I said I wanted to lose about five pounds, I was around 138 then, now just getting down to around 133. Basically am there, but I’ll give this trend a couple more weeks to make sure it sticks and this isn’t just a temporary dip. Also I just haven’t felt very hungry most of the time.
The biggest difference I can see in my physical form is that my arms look a lot better than they used to, and my upper body generally looks a lot stronger. This comes from 2 years of being very consistent with lifting, and understanding how a workout has to feel to build muscle. Lots of days I put off a workout until the next day but I always come back and do it. 💪
