First 3 months of phentermine were a bit of a success, it helps a lot to have a medication that helps me to not be hungry and also fights away my fatigue. Though I’m disabled and can’t exercise much, the lower calorie intake has started to make a difference
My doctor re-prescribed the med and I’m hopeful to continue to get lower numbers on the scale and start to feel less ‘weight’ on my shoulders from my medical issues.
So far we’ve lost 4 inches around the bust band area and 5 inches around the waist. I did have a baby in December so there’s a lot of swelling that has gone down in addition.
Slowly feeling like myself again, thank goodness!
