Finally a drop don’t know if it stress or walking more to clear my mind but whatever happy with it closer to to getting into the 60s bracket which I haven’t been for many years . Beautiful day again here in Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 sunshine ☀️ doesn’t it make things seem better people are happier smiling and enjoying hope it lasts . How is everyone? Hope you all have a great weekend. Aww , Mel it’s not the worse thing to have gained a few pounds grief is a strange thing , It is early days yet . And with the other losses you have had it takes you backwards again . You are getting out and about and mixing I hope I see your posts are less frequent. Keep trying is all you can do Mel . Sending hugs 🤗. I am ok thanks , had a nightmare with Kitchen hopefully it will get sorted soon. Xx

Hi there , Thank you . I don’t think of it as a diet just a change of lifestyle. I try and eat high protein low fat similar to Mediterranean . I still enjoy a glass of wine my weakness is chocolate 😊. My daughter introduced me to it as my weight has been up and down all my adult life . This seems the easiest way to do it . She worked out my macros and how much protein I needed . She herself has lost 8 stone and looks amazing. Good luck I will support you all I can x

Hi , I read your Diary, that you're a cat lover. I used to have a dog a long time ago. I am now a Pensioner 😆 and have no pets anymore. I decided not to have any pets, because I travel a lot and love it. I can't motivate myself to do workouts, but I go shopping and walk around for a long time. That's my way of getting a bit of Cardio 😆. Thanks for supporting me and you keep up the good work.
