Good Evening All,

So as of posting time last night I had not yet landed face first into a lemon pie - oh - but then I did. I baked it. I freaking love baking. I ate a quarter of it. All things being equal that is not so bad. A large serving. That was last night.

And today it's gone :)
Between breakfast and lunch and dinner and yup ALL gone. Sigh.

I did eat good breakfast, lunch and dinner though, and almost have 50 ounces of water in - not enough not enough, if I drink more I eat less...it's like I go for a few days and just can't get it right - and then I get back on track.

I did notice today, however, that I was sluggish, confused, out of it, bloated, stuffed and sad...hmmm...evil sugar. And yet I keep eating it...

Haven't done any toning exercise either in a few days.

I understand about sugar. My breakfast consisted of 6 Twizzlers. Now I have fresh fruit in the house. Did I eat that? Nope. Tomorrow is another day and at least the pie is gone now.

I always like to hear from fellow bakers. The first time I baked a pan of gooey delicious brownies for my girls after I started my diet I found myself automatically about to lick the spoon. But I stopped myself and have been more mindful of myself when I'm working with the oven. That lemon pie sounds fantastic, I must steal your recipe one of these days.

Tis. Pinterest is the devil. Ok ok so they have a BUNCH of stuff besides baking recipes ... I should know ... Lol. Also super helpful for all recipes and advice and exercises and all manner of every topic that you could ever imagine. You name it they've got it. Also helpful for my Dr Who obsession ;)

sugar is such a double edged sword. It's yummy but what it does to us is frustrating! I get what you are saying.
