Boy did I go overboard on breakfast after weigh in yesterday. 94.74 grams of fat!!! Yowza. And I was eating that kind of breakfast EVERY Sunday. 3410 grams of sodium, too. WAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too much. While it was very satisfying, I don't think I will go overboard quite so much. Just pick one of bacon, sausage, or biscuits and gravy-not all three! <sheepish grin>

I know what you mean. I used to eat like that too. 2 sausage patties, 2 eggs, 2 pieces of toast with a lot of butter and a huge glass of O.J. I don't know what I was thinking, obviously I wasn't.
