I had the day off so was out skiing for 3 hours The sun was out and really so beautiful and quiet. Back to work tomorrow..

Skiing is fabulous exercise! My daughter took off 6 pounds overnight, after her first full day on the slopes! Do you do Nordic, Park, or CC?
